The son of former President Ronald Reagan has sunk to a new low in order to call attention to his family radio show.
Ron Reagan Jr. recently slammed Rush Limbaugh on Air America after Rush questioned if the White House’s new czar for domestic violence was really necessary. During this tirade Reagan even suggested that Rush has committed domestic violence. Unbelievable:

Well, I’m guessing that the White House adviser on domestic violence will never say that beating your wife is OK, which may be a disappointment to Rush Limbaugh. And you wonder why this guy can’t stay married.

King vs. King
Coverage of Michael Jackson’s sudden death has consumed much of the airwaves over the past week and at least one congressman has had just about enough. Representative Peter King of New York is speaking out about all the Jackson coverage in a new YouTube clip:

REP. PETER KING, R-N.Y.: In the last, I don’t know how long now, this low-life, Michael Jackson, his name, his face, his picture is all over the newspapers, the television, the radio. That’s all we hear about is Michael Jackson.
And let’s knock out the psychobabble. This guy was a pervert, he was a child molester, he was a pedophile and to be giving this much coverage to him day in and day out, what’s it say about us as a country?
I just think that — you know, we’re too politically correct. No one wants to stand up and say we don’t need Michael Jackson. Yes, he died. He had some talent. Fine. But people are dying every day. There’s men and women dying, today in Afghanistan. Let’s give them the credit they deserve.

I guess, it’s safe to assume that Congressman King will not be one of the millions or so fans lining the streets of Los Angeles Tuesday for that memorial service.
Bad News Barry
Former D.C. Mayor Marion Barry — a Democrat — has always had trouble staying on the right side of the law. Mr. Barry was arrested back in 1990 after he was caught on camera smoking crack cocaine and then again in 1992 when police found traces of marijuana and cocaine in his car.
Over the weekend, Barry — now a D.C. city councilman — was taken into custody and accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend. She flagged down law enforcement officials in D.C.’s Anacostia Park on Saturday night and reported that Barry was “bothering her.”
Mr. Barry has been on probation since 2005 for failing to submit tax returns. Come to think of it, I’m kind of surprised that President Obama hasn’t offered him a job yet.
Liberty or Death!

Tea partiers came out in hordes to celebrate Independence Day and reclaim one of the founding principles: more liberty and less government. They showed up in New York, D.C., Dallas and many other cities across the country. A whopping 35,000 people in Dallas alone.
We’re going to continue to follow the tea party movement even if the Obama-mania media will not.
Not So Convenient
Al Gore may have some explaining to do. It’s been over three years since his global warming propaganda film hit theaters and, since that time, ClimateDepot.com reports that the Earth’s temperature has actually dropped.
New data from the University of Alabama shows that the planet’s average temperature plunged almost an entire degree since 2006.
Sorry, Al, just an “Inconvenient Truth.”
